I reached Silver 1 rank but Guild.xyz can't resolve

I have completed Create of Oranges and I am not eligible for the item.

I have fulfilled: Create of Oranges,I have deposited 0.0523 WETH I am not entitled to the item.

Wallet got hacked

My Main Wallet got hacked and already a lot of nft and etc got transfered.... i reactesd to it and was happy that they transfered more less money and important things like outherwise. But now my question is, because here i do quests since beginning wit my hack walllet. can i somehow change it

POAPs not registering

I have 500+ POAPs and it isn't registering the 50 POAP quest

Cant claim quests

When i try to claim a quest it says internal error

Can not claim Certificate of Participation POAP Balloon

it shows I have 0 POAP although I have 5 (PS: before i checked eligibility today it showed 4/5, then after I minted the last one, i checked eligibility and it turned to 0)

I have 70k+ EXP and I'm still Bronze V rank, but I should be silver. How to fix?

Three times I tried to claim the daily quest Executed 10 transactions on Polygon but the transactions always failed and my gas fees were deducted.
